Located near a popular Symphony Hall and the University, this charming B&B offers a delightful fragrance upon entry. Guests can enjoy the beautiful, high four-poster beds and stained glass windows in some rooms, along with antique furniture, bath products, and cozy sitting areas. Solo travelers will find this place equally enjoyable as couples or honeymooners.
The air conditioning in the rooms may not be powerful enough for those who prefer a cooler environment.

Convenience to mt vernon; parking lot.
Couldn't get the shower to work, had to take baths in the hottest weather of the season! As much as I pulled, poked, pushed---no water emerged from the shower head. You need to publish the secret somewhere!

Travellers should know there is no manager on the premises. Guests are given a keycode to enter building and pickup room key in an envelope on a table. Innkeeper arrives in the morning to serve breakfast and receive payment. I had several issues with my room, including my key only working in door after spending several minutes jiggling it in the lock. The owner of the attached restaurant, unaffiliated with the inn, seemed to be familiar with guests approaching him with problems.

The location of this historic building could not have been more perfect for my business trip. It was only a few blocks away from the train station and across from the Symphony Hall. I also loved the fragrances that greeted me upon entering the building. The room itself was stunning, with antique furniture, Frette robes, and luxurious bath products. The high four poster bed with a stained glass window in the bathroom was a real treat.
The air conditioning unit in the room didn't seem to be very efficient. The fan helped a bit, but it might not be good enough for those who need strong A/C.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B in this city. The hotel's location was convenient, just a few blocks from the train station and across from the Symphony Hall. The room I stayed in was absolutely lovely, with a high four poster bed and a stained glass window in the bathroom. It had a sitting area, antique furniture, and luxurious amenities like frette robes and caswell massey bath products. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my solo trip a wonderful experience.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the station, university and Symphony Hall. the old building has a lot of charm, not to mention the lovely fragrance when entering. the highlight of my stay was the room - a beautiful four-poster bed, sitting area and antique furniture. the bathroom even had a stained glass window! the robes and bath products were luxurious and made me feel pampered.
The air conditioning in the room left a bit to be desired. the fan provided some relief, but it might not be enough for those who need a lot of cooling.
